Too bad she's only a cardboard cutout! Looks like this is from the
"Duke" tour, when Phil was in his Hawaiian shirt phase....

One question: during which song did Phil bring "her" out? Does anybody
know?

"The Lady Lies" from ATTWT maybe? I once read: in France he used to
introduce the song in French and told th audience it was about "a
wicked woman". And he asked the audience "huez la femme demon" ("boo
the demon woman") with such an accent that, it made it sound like
"hues le fin du monde" ("boo the end of the world"). Was that Eva von
Brown, Adolf Hitler's lover, portrayed on that cardboard?

ATTWT tour IMO. Though it could be for Ripples as he intro's that with
"breast talks" and how they sag w/ age.

It could be - but it so obviously isn't...

Phil used this prop during one of his various intros to The Duke Suite - as
has already been pointed out, she represents the Duchess...

Do a search for the word 'cardboard'...

He brought out this cut out while introducing the Duke "suite". That's the
Duchess.
