An Evening with Neal Morse and his Prog Band
Saturday September 6, 2008 at 8pm
The Downey Theater

This Saturday (September 6) The Neal Morse Band is making a rare live
appearance at the intimate Downey Theater in Downey California. I was
fortunate enough to go and see them last weekend at the Three Rivers
Prog Festival in Pittsburgh and they were simply amazing. Neal, who
was a creative force behind Spock's Beard and Transatlantic, is a
uniquely charismatic performer that puts his whole heart into
performing, and the excitement he radiates is infectious. His band
features some of the finest session players in Nashville and their
handling of his complex progressive rock material was both surprising
and amazing. If you live in SoCal and you are a fan of great music I
highly recommend that you do not miss concert event.

Tickets are available on-line at the CalProg site or at the door for
$60 (cash only).

music that will be performed and for more details about the gig.
