Damn Frenchies from Quebec. The next thing that you know will be
that a Quebecois will be singing songs by Jon Anderson of YES and
replacing a critical band member, and another Quebecker will be
wailing like a genius, singing like that stupid Iranian SOB, Freddie
Mercury!

LOL!

Pas de problem! :)

I saw the band "Musical Box doing their "Selling England By The Pound"
in the 1990s. They played the instruments of the time (mellotrons,
etc), not contemporary ones. They were brilliant.

Selling England by the Pound...and Supper's Ready from Foxtrot...the
height of the prog rock movement...excellent stuff. would love to see
a good tribute band doing Selling England live...

Keep checking www.themusicalbox.net . They're currently doing The
Lamb, but they also tour doing Selling England (the "Black Show" stage
setup), A Trick of the Tail (pretty spectacular laser bit on
"Apocalypse in 9/8") and (rarely) Foxtrot.

Not close enough to Denver unfortunately. If they made it out here,
I'd go.

I've seen them two times now, this year in Stockholm with the lamb lies
down on broadway. They are genius, and worth a visit for any genesis fan.
The hall was full and really astonished about the perfect show!

PG has gone on record saying "they probably do it (The Lamb) better
than us". (He took his kids to see TMB to show them what he used to do
in his youth. Hackett and Collins have performed live with them, Steve
on "Firth of Fifth", Phil on "The Musical Box"). Very highly
recommended!

Tony Banks is a fan as well: he let them come to his studio and listen
to the individual parts from the original multi-tracks to nail them
perfectly.

Chris could talk to Steve Hackett, they are on good terms still yes?
"Steve, you should join these guys and change the name to Genesis and
go on tour! We'll open for you. Think of the money, I mean the fans,
I mean the fans money."

It's possible. ;-)
