Is there a definitive date set (announced) for the US release of the
remaining set? And will it include TLLDOB or will that be a stand alone
release?

Also - so - just how have the sales been for the box sets? Just
curious..

Look for the Gabriel-era box set in September!
The albums should be available individually, too.

I don't have an answer about sales on the first two boxes, though. I
mean, they didn't actually make the Billboard charts, but I bought them.
